The HFC Bank and Fiji Electricity Authority have partnered to provide online internet banking bill pay service through its online bill payment platform.
This payment platform allows FEA customers to make online bill payment via HFC’s Internet Banking and it can be done through mobile service as well.
There will be a 40 cents charge for every transaction.
FEA CEO Hasmukh Patel says FEA has been expanding the services that it provides to ensure customers are totally satisfied.
Patel says in this electronic and digital age, people have busy schedules, traffic is terrible and people do not wish to walk to pay the bills.
He says customers can now pay their FEA bills from the comfort of their homes and offices anytime and any day of the week.
