Imran Khan also known as King Khan has been further remanded in custody and will appear before the Suva High Court again on 11th June.
Khan appeared before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe this morning.
He is represented by Jerry Dinati while the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions was represented by Moira Konrote.
The State is seeking more time to file disclosures.
Khan is charged with one count of Contravention of Restraining Orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
He is alleged to have breached a High Court Order by disposing of a vehicle, that was subject of the initial restraining order which included a $400,000 property, cash currently held at a local bank and four vehicles.
Meanwhile, Police earlier confirmed that the joint police and military raid conducted at four of Khan's properties in Makoi, Valelevu and Davuilevu was in search of one of the four vehicles that had been unaccounted for.
