Gegelagi has held senior leadership roles at major organisations, including Remington Group, where she oversaw integrated marketing strategy across multiple business units. and led the establishment of Paradise Cinemas for the CPL/PNGFM/Damodar joint venture.

As CEO, Gegelagi will focus on strengthening client partnerships, expanding digital revenue opportunities, developing emerging talent, enhancing operational performance and growing PNGFM’s market leadership in Papua New Guinea.
