The Association says the swimmers were divided into groups to focus on their specific strokes, led by Epeli Rabua for breaststrokers, Carl Probert took the butterfly swimmers, and Hansel McCaig took the backstrokers.
The session ended with relays with swimmers split into 10 groups of 4 to 5 swimmers in a team.
