The file in relation to Vilikesa Soko who died in police custody last year is still with the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions.
The DPP’s office is expected to review the file and make a decision on what charges, if any, will be made.
Soko was allegedly involved in the robbery at City Forex Foreign Exchange in Nadi in August last year.
He was arrested by police in Sigatoka a few hours after the robbery and police had confirmed that two suspects including Soko sustained injuries during the arrest and were admitted at the hospital.
Soko passed away at the hospital four days after his arrest.
