Tropic Wood CEO sent on leave
The Chief Executive Officer of Tropik Wood Limited Daniel Mani has been sent on leave pending investigations following a special audit into the organisation.

In a statement issued this afternoon, Chairman of Tropik Wood, Ratu Tevita Uluilakeba Mara said following the audit by an independent accounting firm, the board of directors have decided that Mani will be on leave until all investigations are complete and his absence would facilitate an independent investigation into the past affairs of the Company.

During his absence, Ratu Tevita will continue as the Executive Chairman in order to manage the affairs of the company.

Tropik Wood is a subsidiary of Fiji Pine Limited and is the largest softwood processor in the country with facilities for timber processing, chip production and round wood processing.
