Proposed NFP and SODELPA accept anomalies in party registration
The Registrar of Political Parties Mohammed Saneem has said that officials of the proposed Social Democratic and Liberal Party and the proposed National Federation Party have both accepted anomalies in the handling of the registration.

In an official statement, Saneem said the proposed NFP has acknowledged that some of its registered members also belong to other proposed political groups.

While they have denied allegations of impersonating government officials in Kadavu, Saneem said the proposed NFP accepts that 25 listed members have also registered either as members of the proposed SODELPA or the proposed Fiji Labour Party.

Official of the proposed NFP, Raman Pratap Singh said they are not at fault as a small number of people registered in more than one proposed party.
