Proficient Customer Solutions marks a major milestone internationally as a Fijian outsourcing operator after receiving the ISO 27001:2022 certification in Suva today.

The internationally recognised certification covers 93 key controls, including data encryption, risk assessment, business continuity, and cyber threat management, demonstrating PCS’s commitment to global standards in information security.

Founders Yogesh Chand and Sangita Chand say that the achievement reflects the company’s dedication to operational excellence, client trust, and compliance with international benchmarks.

Chand says this certification shows the world that a Fijian outsourcing operator can meet and even exceed international security standards.

The certification process, supported by global consultancy TopCertifier, involved internal and external audits, staff training, policy documentation, and the implementation of robust security protocols.

PCS officially received the certification in February 2025.

Outsource Fiji Executive Director Josefa Wivou praised PCS’s achievement, emphasising that strong data security is key to building confidence among international investors.

He also adds that PCS has demonstrated responsibility, leadership, and a long-term vision for the outsourcing sector in Fiji.

PCS Star Achiever Dona Qomate highlights the company’s supportive work environment, which fosters both professional and personal growth.

She shares that the team culture is outstanding, providing countless opportunities to broaden knowledge and gain experience.
