Investigations are underway in relation to an incident where a 24-year-old prison inmate was allegedly sodomized by three other inmates.
According to police the alleged incident occurred last Friday where the three inmates used a foreign object to sodomize the victim leading to serious injuries.
The victim is currently recovering in hospital and is expected to undergo another check today.
Police add the three suspects have been identified and isolated as they are also focusing on getting the statements of Corrections officers to verify certain details.
