PM tells Health Minister and PS Health to come back with recommendations on what Fiji can do
Permanent Secretary for Health Dr. James Fong, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, Health Minister Dr. Atonio Lalabalavu and Dr. Aalisha Sahukhan

We have to stop using fear tactics, like No Jab No Job policy.

This was highlighted by the Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka in a Talanoa session in Yaroi Village in regards to COVID cases starting to increase in Fiji, and also increasing in other parts of the world.

The Prime Minister says he told the Health Minister Dr Atonio Lalabalavu, Dr James Fong and Dr Aalisha Sahukhan to go, and investigate and come back with recommendations and suggestions on what Fiji can do in regards to those that did not want to be vaccinated and are around us.

Rabuka added that he told them to go and change their vaccination promotion, so that people can make their own choices to receive the vaccine or not.

The Prime Minister says to clearly elaborate to the people the importance of being vaccinated and the repercussion of not being vaccinated so that we feel free to go and get vaccinated.

Attorney General Siromi Turaga says the No Jab No Job policy is on the agenda.
