No second thoughts about opening a bar after COVID-19 – Oyagawa
Owner of Freak Out Bar, Georgetta Oyagawa

From being a barmaid to opening up her food stall Ray’s Grill beside the Suva City Library and now opening her first bar the “Freak Out Bar” 31-year-old Georgetta Oyagawa says she is excited for the journey ahead of her.

The upcoming entrepreneur says 8 people have gained employment at the bar.

She adds she did not have any second thoughts about opening the bar after the COVID-19 pandemic because she had faith in herself and the support from her family.

She adds she has invested all her savings in the bar without taking any loans, and the support she got from her family and her husband was incredible.

She adds the bar was initially supposed to open in Savusavu as they had already found a place to set up but before that could happen, her husband saw a vacant sign across the Suva City Library and took it without any hesitation.
