Nasilivata who hails from Lau and shares maternal links to Kadavu, says her preparation for the Coke Games was very tough but she is glad she made her supporters, teachers and her parents proud after clinching gold in the 100 metres.

She says she couldn't have done it without the sacrifice of her coach who did a lot to groom and train her and she owes this to her coach.
