Nadroga thrashes Namosi

The BLK Nadroga team has survived another day of rugby after defeating Namosi 43-5 in the Farebrother Cup challenge.

Nadroga’s first two tries came from Eroni Vasiteri in the first half.

Flying Nadroga fullback Mitieli Nacigilevu scored and converted Nadroga’s third try to give them a 21-0 lead.

Nacigilevu’s yellow card for a high tackle in the 25th minute gave Namosi the opportunity to bounce back with an unconverted try to Viliame Satala leaving the scores 21-5 at half time.

Nadroga’s first points in the second half came from the boot of Ratunaisa Vatuinaruku when he converted a successful penalty in the 58th minute.

Manoa Tamaya scored Nadroga’s first try in the second half to give Nadroga a 31-5 lead.

The Stallions last two tries came from Apisai Moimoi and number 8 Ulaiasi Lawavou.

Nadroga will have to now face Vatukoula in the next challenge of the Farebrother Cup.
