Nabuna villagers free to return home for Easter weekend

The people of Nabuna village in Tavua will spend the Easter weekend back at their homes as they spent almost a week at Tavua District School after the recent floods.
Village headman Waisake Semi said they are packing their belongings and moving back to their homes this afternoon.
Semi said the District Officer Tavua and the Health officials have given the green light after water supply normalised in their area although power is still disrupted.
He said some families will go straight to their homes, while the others will stay at other relative’s homes as they are badly affected.
