A high level of investment is taking place on Naisoso Island as construction of 10 five star villas has finished while work is underway on four new villas.
The Director of Naisoso Island Resort Villas, Nyssa Berryman said block of land itself costs between $400,000 to 3.5 million dollars and the developers are pouring millions in the construction of the five star villas.
Berryman added construction on around six villas will start in the next six months.
She said investors have come from around the World as well as from Fiji.
She said these villas are all individually owned and people can either live in them or rent them out.
