Khan remains in custody

Khan remains in custody
Businessman, Ballu Khan remains in custody at the Central Police Station and is expected to be questioned again by the police investigators later this morning.

Our sources have confirmed that Khan may be charged later today in relation to the alleged assassination plot but this depends on when investigators question him.

Meanwhile according to Khan's medical report which was compiled by independent doctors, Khan has a base of skull fracture and the doctors have requested the radiologist to re-look at his CT scan, x-rays and repeat the CT of his head. It has also been noted that Khan has a left undisplaced cheek fracture.

However the independent medical doctors say that they do not find any measurable functional disability or any form of head injury needing a surgical intervention.

One of the points noted by the doctors is that the psychological effect of Khan's confinement and assault is evident in his inability to sleep and the fact that he has not eaten for 4 days. They were also continually reminded of his verbal assaults and he was never left alone.
