Kamikamica tells Sayed-Khaiyum to stop creating unnecessary rumours in the public

Kamikamica tells Sayed-Khaiyum to stop creating unnecessary rumours in the public

The People's Alliance Deputy Leader, Manoa Kamikamica and FijiFirst General Secretary, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum

People’s Alliance Deputy Leader Manoa Kamikamica has rejected the claims made by the FijiFirst Secretary General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum that they have been told that some supporters of People's Alliance and NFP have offered jobs to the members of SODELPA management board and their children so SODELPA can form a coalition with PA and NFP.

In a press conference at the FijiFirst Headquarters, Sayed-Khaiyum claimed they have heard many anecdotes for the past few days about what people have been offered individually on the board.

He questions if there is somebody taking something under the table.

He adds the motivation behind the People’s Alliance and NFP is not right as they are trying to create disquiet.

While responding to Sayed-Khaiyum’s comments, People’s Alliance Deputy Leader Manoa Kamikamica says this is absolute nonsense and Sayed-Khaiyum should provide them with the proof of his claims.

He says Sayed-Khaiyum should stop creating unnecessary rumours in the public.

Kamikamica says the country has spoken and about 58 percent of the voters did not vote for the FijiFirst Party.

He says in a true democracy, the Prime Minister would have conceded defeat by now because more people did not vote for his party.
