Irrfan Khan and Vidya Balan win top awards at 2018 Filmfare Awards

Irrfan Khan in 'Hindi Medium' and Vidya Balan in 'Tumahari Sulu'

Actor Irrfan Khan has won the Best Actor (Male) Award at the 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards 2018 for his role in the movie ‘ Hindi Medium’.

Actress Vidya Balan has won the Best Actor (Female)for her performance in the movie ‘Tumhari Sulu’.

‘Hindi Medium’ won the award for the Best Film while Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari won the best Director award for 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'.

Other winners:

Jio Filmfare Critics Award for Best Film goes to 'Newton'.
Jio Filmfare Critics' Award for Best Actor (Female) to Zaira Wasim for 'Secret Superstar'
Jio Filmfare Critics' Award for Best Actor (Male) goes to Rajkummar Rao for 'Trapped'
Jio Filmfare Best Debut Director Award goes to Konkona Sen Sharma for 'A Death In The Gunj'.
Jio Filmfare Best Actor in a Supporting Role (male) goes to Rajkummar Rao for 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'.
Jio Filmfare Best Actor in a Supporting Role (female) goes to Meher Vij for 'Secret superstar'.
