These are words of Dr Epeli Nailatikau who said questions now need to be asked if people in Fiji are using healthy ingredients to prepare their meal.
Nailatikau said he has received positive feedback from a lot of people who have started to use Virgin coconut oil to prepare their meals and this can be seen as a first step for healthy living.
Virgin coconut oil is the natural form of coconut oil and is extracted from the coconut flesh with minimal amount of processing.
