Organizer Total Event Company manager Loretta Jackson said the Fiji Showcase 2010 is a never before seen show in Fiji and for everyone coming down to the arena to be prepared, as it is always a different show every year.
Jackson said it is not an expensive event for those who have never been to the showcase, as there are affordable exhibitions to choose from.
Looking at the entertainment, Australia's Dr Rhythm, who is also the London Beat Boxing champion will be part of the international entertainment on offer at the Fiji Showcase 2010 which starts this hour.
Dr Rhythm said that the inspiration to become a beat boxer all started with the kids movie, "Police Academy" and it has developed into a passion, adding Fiji is in for a surprise.
Dr Rhythm is part of the double act known as the Majik Box.
The Magik Box duo, Petey Majik and Beat Boxer, said that the Fiji public is in for a shock this time around as this double act has never been seen in Fiji before.
The Majik Box along with Fiji Showcase Mascot Cookie the Clown, The USA Break Dancers and Rubber Band Boy make up the international entertainment on offer over the next nine days at the country's biggest trade and fun show.
Today they take to the stage at 2.30pm with the Rubber Band Man kick starting everything at 1pm.
And as part of the 135 booths at the Fiji Showcase, Rewa Dairy, Fiji's largest dairy company who has been a part of Showcase for years, said that they have brought down a lot of milk and milk products that are all local.
Manager Corporate Wainiqolo Veretayaco said that they have noticed that many people look for bargains at the yearly tradeshow, and they will not be disappointed.
Veretayaco said that another feature that they have this year is the wide range of products.
Other wholesale companies that will be at the Fiji Showcase 2010 include Fiji Meats, P.Mehgji, Flour Mills of Fiji and Ashabhai & Company Limited.
Gates are now open at the Fiji Showcase 2010.
