Fiji Electricity Authority's five member team proved to be the "Biggest Loser" when they walked away with the $1000 prize money yesterday.

The team lost 4.8 kilogram as a result of participating in the Protex 30 day workplace Challenge.

The challenge was for the people to lose weight and the team that loses the most amount of weight wins $1,000.

FEA's team leader Juliet Tuqa said that their members had home exercise programs which they strictly followed and some even stopped eating meat for a few weeks.

This first ever initiative was organised by Colgate Palmolive in conjunction with the Health Ministry and the Fiji Physiotherapy Association where 61 registered teams from 34 organisations and had themselves weighed early last month and again after 30 days .

Meanwhile, My Fitness Suva received the second prize of $500 whereas the Department of Oral Health received the 3rd prize of $300.
