The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua is a tough and quality opposition and they have improved over the last 3 years ever since joining the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific competition.

This was highlighted by Waratahs coach Dan McKellar following their close 29-24 win over the Drua in a tightly contested round 3 Super Rugby Pacific match.

McKellar says the Drua has provided genuine contests, they are fitter and are well coached.

McKellar says the Drua could have beaten the Brumbies, the Hurricanes, and they could have beaten the Waratahs as well in the last 3 opening games of the 2025 Super Rugby Pacific season.

The Drua will take on the Chiefs at 3.35pm this Saturday at Churchill Park in Lautoka.

In other matches this week, the Blues will host the Brumbies at 6.35pm Friday, Moana Pasifika will take on the Hurricanes at 6.05pm Saturday, the Waratahs will play the Force at 8.35pm Saturday, and the Crusaders will host the Reds at 2.35pm Sunday.
