Christian Mission Fellowship College athletes are looking forward to creating history this week as they take part in their first-ever Coca-Cola Games.

Team Manager David Ali says divine intervention and the faith that they have in God is what the athletes will be relying on.

Ali says since the beginning of this year, they have been putting their faith and trust in God and it has helped them during the Coca-Cola Suva Zone 1 competition last week.

He says the athletes have been preparing themselves well with the help of the coaches and parental support.

He further says the competition will be tough and the athletes are well motivated and they will perform to their very best come game day.

CMF College was in third place at the Suva Zone 1 in the overall boys' division last week and will be fielding 28 athletes for the National finals.

The Coca-Cola Games will be held from this Thursday to Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium.
