84 new jobs have been created after the launching of Punjas’ new product the Punjas Cream Biscuits today.

Punjas Group Managing Director, Rajesh Punja says they are committed to investing in the country's economic growth and creating new job opportunities.

He says this investment has created new jobs, bringing the Punjas total workforce to over 1,400 employees.

Punja also acknowledged the partnership with Bred Bank in facilitating this expansion.

According to Punjas Biscuit Limited, the new biscuit is available in eight flavours and after extensive market research and taste tests, these flavours were selected to cater to diverse preferences.

They say this year-long project focused on developing the perfect taste and the highest quality.

Punjas says over the past few years, they have experienced increased demand for its products, especially in export markets and the company has invested $25 million in a new state-of-the-art Italian biscuit line.

They say this investment underscores Punjas customers’ and partners' trust in the company's products and services.
