A 45-year-old woman who was admitted in hospital after the fire at Tuatua Housing, Labasa, earlier this week has passed away.
The fire had already claimed the life of a 5-year-old boy.
Police said the other victim, a 3-year-old girl has been transferred to the CWM Hospital in a critical condition.
Five-year-old Shaiyaz Ali passed away due to severe burns.
The house which was located at Tuatua Housing in Labasa was engulfed in flames when the firefighters arrived at the scene at 3.40am Monday.
Police and the National Fire Authority are yet to determine the cause of the fire.
