A 38-year-old man from Saweni, Lautoka has passed away after the vehicle he was travelling in was involved in an accident yesterday.
The incident occurred at Lokalevu in Navosa where the victim was travelling in a vehicle with 4 others when the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle causing it to veer off the road.
The victim was thrown out of the vehicle and died instantly at the scene whilst other passengers were not injured.
The driver is being questioned as investigations continue.
