27 participants graduate from the 2019 Leadership Fiji program

27 people from various organizations across the country have graduated from the 2019 Leadership Fiji programme that was held from March to October this year.

Leadership Fiji Chairman William Parkinson says it has been another amazing year for Leadership Fiji where they moved to a new home.

He says they are planning a Masters program next year which will target higher executives that may have missed on Leadership Fiji.

Parkinson says another plan they have is to conduct short course public programs, so they will be expanding wider because right now they are only able to accommodate 30 participants annually so that will engage more people.

Leadership Fiji CEO Sharyne Fong says it was a successful year despite the challenges faced.

She says one of the challenges they faced was that some of the participants could not attend mandatory retreats due to work and family commitments which is a requirement for graduation.
