$130M apartment complex to be built in Denarau

A new $130 million Luxury Waterfront Apartment with 131 hotel rooms is expected to be built in Denarau. 

While speaking at the prelaunch, Minister for Tourism Faiyaz Koya said the launch is not just a tourism or real estate development but an investment by a Fijian with foreign investors.

Denarau Moorings Project Manager Jacob Kristensen said they have completed Phase 1 and have begun selling 18 residential apartments. 

He said they aim to build 56 residential apartments. 

He added during the construction of Phase 1 they have created 500 jobs.
