11 houses partially damaged in Nadroga due to current adverse weather condition

11 houses in Nadroga have been partially damaged due to the current adverse weather situation.

Minister for Disaster Management, Sakiasi Ditoka confirmed this during a Press Conference this afternoon, saying 2 houses were damaged in Semo Village and 9 houses in Nalele Village.

Ditoka says they are working with the Commissioner Western Division Apolosi Lewaqai and his team to mobilise assistance to the affected families.

He says fortunately no causalities have been reported.
