Former Parramatta Eels star and Toulon sensation Semi Radradra will make his return to the sevens scene after more than seven years tonight.

The 25-year-old last played for the Fiji 7s team in 2011 in the Dubai 7s before switching to rugby league where he starred for the Parramatta Eels, Australia and Fiji Bati.

Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Gareth Baber said after an impressive season in the French Top 14, he's had his eye on Radradra for a while.

Baber says Radradra is certainly somebody he would look at for the Rugby World Cup.

It will also be a special tournament for Josua Tuisova who returns to the sevens scene since winning gold at the Rio Olympics.

Tuisova will also get to play alongside his cousin, Waisea Nacuqu.

Posting on his official Facebook page, Nacuqu said he felt blessed to be given the opportunity to play alongside his cousin, Josua Tuisova this weekend.

Nacuqu also said that it was only a few years ago they were playing in the village team together and now they will both play at the London 7s wearing the special Fiji 7s team jersey.

The team had their jersey presentation last night.

Tuisova was handed the number 10 jersey while Radradra got the number 5 jersey.

Fiji is leading the HSBC World 7s Series points table, with 145 points and South Africa is in second place with 141 points.

The final squad includes Sevuloni Mocenacagi, Josua Vakurunabili, Kalione Nasoko, Paula Dranisinukula, Semi Radradra, Jasa Veremalua, Josua Tuisova, Vatemo Ravouvou, Jerry Tuwai (c), Waisea Nacuqu, Eroni Sau and Amenoni Nasilasila.

Fiji’s first pool match of the London 7s will be against Argentina at 10.20 tonight.

The national side will take on Scotland in their second pool match at 1.26am tomorrow and then face New Zealand at 4.32am tomorrow in their final pool match.

The cup quarterfinals will start at 9.58pm tomorrow while the cup semifinals will kick off at 1.48am next Monday.

The cup final is at 4.57am next Monday.
