Fiji Electricity Authority launches customer portal “Noqu FEA”

The Fiji Electricity Authority has launched a customer portal the “Noqu FEA” which is a self-service online service that will be available to all post pay customers of FEA.

The portal will provide customers with up-to date information and details in relation to their FEA electricity account.

These include details such as current balance, overdue amount and due date.

It will also provide a history of their usage over the months including copies of customer’s monthly statements.

Customers will be able to access the Noqu FEA portal from the FEA website or directly  from the web link https://noqu.fea.com.fj.

Customers will get a password upon registering, and the portal will provide services where they will be able to view their monthly usage graph, be able to print their statements, be able to change details like address, and request new or additional connections and lodge their complaints.

The Noqu FEA portal will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
