Another attempted break-in has been reported at Bayview Heights after CCTV footage captured an intruder attempting to break into a vehicle at around 3am on Thursday.
The vehicle owner, Rash Jehad, says on social media that they woke up after hearing the alarm and found the intruder still attempting to gain entry.
According to Jehad, the intruder appeared unfazed by the alarm and only ran away after they shouted at him.
He says they contacted Nabua Police Station multiple times for assistance during the incident but claims there was no response.
The incident has raised concerns over the safety and security of residents in the area and the response to calls for police assistance during the early hours of the morning.
