The Land Transport Authority has paid tribute to its former Board Chairman and Assistant Minister for Agriculture, Waterways and Sugar Industry, Inosi Kuridrani, who has passed away.
In a condolence statement, LTA Deputy Board Chairperson Miliana Vulakouvaki says Kuridrani dedicated more than three decades to public service, demonstrating visionary leadership, integrity and a strong commitment to community development and the people of Fiji.
Kuridrani served as LTA Board Chairman from May 2023 to July 2025.
Vulakouvaki says during his tenure, Kuridrani provided leadership and direction in advancing the Authority’s priorities in road safety, institutional reform, digital transformation and the modernisation of Fiji’s land transport sector.
She says his contributions to national development, including grassroots advocacy, rural development, Parliament and public administration, leave a lasting legacy of service and commitment.
The LTA says it acknowledges with gratitude his leadership and service to the Authority.
It has extended its deepest sympathies to his family, loved ones, the vanua of Nakuruvakarua and all those mourning his passing.
