Reena Devi Chand is charged with one count of arson and one count of murder.
The State did not object to bail.
Chand appeared before High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar this morning.
She is released on strict bail conditions, and will reside with her sister in Naduru, Nausori, has been warned not reoffend by the court, has to visit the Nausori Police Station twice a month and is not to leave Viti Levu.
The court also told her to surrender her passport, which her counsel, Abhay Singh says was also burnt in the fire.
Justice Goundar says there is no proof of this and has warned her that if she gets a new passport, it must be surrendered to the Court.
The matter has been to the 23rd of November.
