With Christmas just three days away, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to members of the Nabua Methodist Church for visiting his Muanikau residence to share Christmas carols.

Rabuka says the visit brought warmth, joy and the true spirit of Christmas to his home.

He says the carol singing and fellowship reflected the deeper meaning of the festive season.

He thanked the church members for taking the time to share their beautiful hymns and for the sense of unity and faith they brought with them.

The Prime Minister says moments like these serve as a reminder of the importance of faith, community and togetherness as Christians prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

Rabuka also extended his blessings to the church, their families, and the nation, wishing everyone a meaningful and blessed Christmas season.

He has also called on members of the public to look out for one another during the festive period, encouraging people to be instruments of peace and kindness.

The Prime Minister urged citizens to reach out to family members, neighbours, or friends who may be in need, and to offer support where possible.

He says it is important to restore and strengthen the loving and caring spirit for which the people of Fiji have long been known.
Rabuka wished everyone a Merry Christmas in advance.
