Accused, 34-year-old Ashneel Komal Nath, appeared before Suva High Court Judge Thushara Rajasinghe this morning.
State prosecutor Sadaf Shameem informed the court that she was in a trial that just finished on Tuesday and she needs time to provide all the documents required.
She says they have written to the investigating officer for the investigative report.
She also submitted a letter of amended information for charges of failure to inspect properly.
The case has been adjourned to the 7th of September for plea.
