Imroz today officially opened the second branch of Premium Barbers at Yatu Lau Arcade in Suva, almost six years after launching his first outlet in Samabula during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking to fijivillage News, Imroz says after spending a lengthy period in quarantine during the pandemic, he decided it was time to build something of his own.
He says the encouragement of his wife, two daughters, parents and family gave him the confidence to start his business, while the support of his loyal customers helped it grow.

Imroz says after successfully operating his Samabula branch for several years, he was given the opportunity to expand to Yatu Lau Arcade.
He now employs eight people, with five staff at the new branch and three at his original shop.
He says despite the hardships his family experienced during the pandemic, including being among those affected at the time, he chose to leave the negativity behind and focus on working hard.

Imroz believes success comes from perseverance, honesty and refusing to make excuses, regardless of the challenges life presents.
He says what sets Premium Barbers apart is its commitment to quality customer service and affordable prices.

Imroz also credits his hardworking staff and loyal customers for helping the business succeed.
He says employing staff who can speak both iTaukei and Hindi has also helped the business better serve customers from different backgrounds.

To mark the opening of the new outlet, customers visiting the Yatu Lau Arcade branch will receive free giveaways with haircuts, including branded merchandise, as part of the grand opening celebrations.
Imroz is encouraging anyone facing difficult times to never lose hope.
