Former Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama, former Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and former Health Minister Neil Sharma's video recorded interview was submitted in court today as part of the State's evidence.
The agreed evidence was signed by the accused persons and their lawyers.
The defence lawyers did not object to the evidence.
Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions Laisani Tabuakuro informed Suva High Court Judge, Justice Usaia Ratuvili that the prosecution intends to close its case by next week.
Another four witnesses will be called from next Tuesday to give their evidence.
It is alleged that Hospital Engineering and Consultancy Ltd, also known as Hospineer, was favoured in the procurement of three biomedical analysers through a waiver of the tender process instead of the recommended bidder.
Bainimarama is charged with one count of abuse of office.
Sayed-Khaiyum is charged with one count of abuse of office and one count of obstructing the course of justice.
Dr Sharma is charged with two counts of abuse of office and two counts of breach of trust by a person employed in the public service.
