Restoring players' confidence, improving game management and introducing more structure without taking away Fiji's natural flair will be among the key priorities for FIJI Water Flying Fijians Head Coach Jake White as the team prepares for the 2027 Rugby World Cup.
White says the Flying Fijians have lacked confidence this year despite showing their potential at the last Rugby World Cup, where they defeated Australia.
He says he wants to rebuild that confidence while ensuring the team continues to play the exciting brand of rugby Fiji is known for.

White says he will outline his plans for the 2027 Rugby World Cup when the Flying Fijians assemble in France during their November tour of Europe.
He says the discussions will focus on the team's preparations, expectations and individual areas players need to improve.
White also plans to visit players in February next year to assess their progress and ensure they are on track for the tournament in October.
The Flying Fijians will first face Japan next Saturday before travelling to Europe, where they will play France on 8 November, followed by Ireland and Italy.
