Chief Executive Officer for Telecom Fiji Limited, Charles Goundar, says TFL is delighted to announce the launch of their new Online Top Up service.
Goundar says Telecom Prepay customers can now do data top-ups online through the myTelecom app and website using their VISA, MasterCard, BSP Easy Card and MyCash.
He also says this will provide customers with a convenient, secure and easy option to buy recharge.
The CEO adds the Telecom online payment feature makes the data top-up process quick, easy and seamless for prepaid customers to use, as it is available on the myTelecom self-care app and website.
He also adds myTelecom is a self-care service that allows customers to check data usage, manage accounts, and top-up data.
Goundar says Telecom Fiji is committed to providing its customers with the best possible experience and improving the services they offer.
