Nausori resident Feroz Khalil is seeking the public’s help to identify two men seen on CCTV footage stealing items from his property while he was working in another room.
Khalil says the incident occurred on Wednesday at his property at the corner of Verrier and Gulam Nabi Streets in Nausori Town.
He says he was working in another room at the time of the incident, and the sound of hammering can be heard in the background of the CCTV footage.
Khalil says his gate was open when the two men took advantage of the situation and entered the property.
He told fijivillage News that one of the men stole a wallet and a few cartons of Powerade.
He has shared the CCTV footage publicly on Facebook in the hope that someone can help identify the two men.
Khalil is also urging people to remain vigilant and secure their properties.
He has already reported the matter to Police.
We have sent questions to Police as several cases of theft and break-ins have been reported in recent weeks.
