Police have again cautioned drivers to be extra vigilant on our roads as two road accidents injured eight people in the Western Division in the last 24 hours.
Divisional Traffic Officer Western, ASP Richard Raju confirms two drivers are admitted at the Lautoka hospital after the vehicle they were travelling in collided with each other at a bend in Tavarau Ba last night.
In an another road accident, six people were treated at Nadi hospital and sent home after the mini bus they were travelling in collided head on with a four wheel drive in Waqadra, Nadi this morning.
Police suspect the mini bus driver lost control of his vehicle and hit an oncoming vehicle.
