Ratabacaca case to be assigned to different judge

The case in relation to the Head of All Nations Church Epeli Ratabacaca will now be called before Suva High Court Judge Justice Paul Madigan.

Epeli Ratabacaca charged with two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault appeared before Suva High court Judge Justice Salesi Temo today.

Justice Temo informed Defense counsel Filimoni Vosarogo that there are too many rape cases in his court and is assigning the matter to Justice Paul Madigan.

The case has been adjourned to Friday.
