Systematic corruption being rooted out by reforms-PM
The corrupt nature of officials in the country will not be taken lightly by Government.

Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama said the current reforms around the country are addressing the systematic corruption that existed over the years.

Commodore Bainimarama said the various reforms carried out would expose corrupt practices especially from those holding high positions.

Meanwhile, Fiji has been recognized by the United Nations against corruptions for its efforts in combining corruption and white collar crimes in the country.

This year alone, the Fiji Independent Commission against corruption closed 38 cases in court in which 30 were convicted.
