FIJI Water Flying Fijians Assistant Coach Seremaia Bai says preparations have been good and there is a positive spirit within the team as they build towards their Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup game against Canada this weekend.
Bai says the side is into its second day of preparations in Japan and the players are looking forward to continuing their work during their training sessions.
He says there is a good spirit within the squad as they prepare for Saturday’s crucial encounter.
Bai says the Flying Fijians are also enjoying being back in Japan and have appreciated the weather, culture and hospitality since their arrival.
He says the team always enjoys its time in Japan and is looking forward to taking the field this weekend.
The Flying Fijians will take on Canada at Hanazono Rugby Stadium in Osaka on Saturday.
The match kicks off at 7pm Fiji time.
Fiji are the defending Pacific Nations Cup champions and are chasing a third consecutive title.
