The Suva Magistrates Court will give its ruling on Monday on objections by former Deputy Prime Minister Professor Biman Prasad's counsel on documents tendered as evidence.
Professor Prasad's counsel Richard Naidu had earlier objected to the introduction of a letter by FICAC through their final witness, Fijian Elections Office Manager Legal Mesake Dawai.
The document relates to information provided by the National Federation Party regarding barriers at their office.
Suva Magistrate Yogesh Prasad will deliver his ruling on Monday after both parties made their oral submission today.
Professor Prasad is charged with providing false information in a statutory declaration, with FICAC claiming that the omission of the directorship of Platinum Hotels made the declaration materially false.
