Four men have been arrested at Narain Jetty in Suva for alleged possession of illicit drugs.
Police say a team, including K-9 units, was deployed to conduct routine checks on passengers arriving from the outer islands and their luggage last night.
The four men were arrested after police allegedly found them with dried leaves, green branches and sachets of dried leaves believed to be marijuana.
Police say the men are currently in custody, while the substances seized have been sent for analysis.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
