Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro has extended his best wishes to all secondary schools competing in the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union Super Deans Rugby semi-finals today.
Radrodro has commended the players, coaches, teachers, parents, former students and supporters for their commitment throughout the competition.
He is encouraging players to show discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork and respect both on and off the field while representing their schools with pride.
Radrodro says reaching the semi-finals is already a significant achievement and has urged players to enjoy the experience, respect their opponents and give their best regardless of the result.
He has also called on parents, teachers, former students and supporters to support their teams in a positive and respectful manner.
In the Under-18 semi-finals, Suva Grammar School will take on Ra High School at 3pm at Churchill Park, while Lelean Memorial School will face Nasinu Secondary School at 3.40pm at HFC Bank Stadium.
