Team Fiji long-distance runner Yeshnil Karan will be aiming to finish his Commonwealth Games campaign on a high when he competes in the Men's 5,000m final at 6.45am tomorrow against a strong field of 26 athletes.
The race will be the final athletics event for Team Fiji at the Commonwealth Games.
Earlier this week, Karan recorded a season's best of 4 minutes 12.28 seconds to finish 12th in the Men's One Mile event.
Meanwhile, in the lawn bowls Men's Pairs Sectional, Fiji's Lal Chand Prasad and Surendra Prasad will face Northern Ireland at 10.20pm tonight.
Elizabeth Moceiwai will face Kenya's Eunice Wambui Mbugua in the Women's Singles Sectional at 4.50am tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Australia continues to dominate the medal tally with 55 gold, 30 silver and 43 bronze medals. England is second with 17 gold, 34 silver and 29 bronze medals, while Canada is third with 17 gold, 15 silver and 21 bronze medals.
