Queen Victoria School has been eliminated from the Fiji Secondary Schools Vodafone Super Deans Eliminations competition after drawing 29-29 with Ba Provincial Free Bird Institute.
According to the competition organisers, Ba Provincial Free Bird Institute advanced because they scored the first points of the match, which served as the tiebreaker.
In another result, Suva Grammar School's Under-16 side secured a convincing 39-7 victory over Labasa College.
Upcoming fixtures at Grammar Ground will see Holy Cross College take on Nasinu Secondary School at 12.20pm, followed by Suva Grammar School against Ratu Luke Secondary School at 1.50pm.
At St Vincent Ground, Lelean Memorial School will face Marist Brothers High School at 12.20pm, while Ratu Kadavulevu School will meet Ratu Sukuna Memorial School at 1.50pm.
Cuvu College will face St John's College at 1.00pm.
Meanwhile, at Ratu Ganilau Park, Ratu Navula College will take on Shiri Guru Nanak Khalsa College at 2pm before Ra High School faces Navatu Secondary School at 3.25pm.
